Whether you're just getting into riding, you shred every day of the week or are just interested in mountain biking everyone loves to sit down with a cuppa and enjoy a good edit. The idea for this video came about late last year and was somewhat of an adhoc arrangement, a handful of us had been wanting to put together an edit for months and months and finally decided to pull our socks up and get it done!
Our idea was to take riders from all different backgrounds including, dirt jumping, 4X, DH, enduro and freeride and plonk them all on some mid-travel steeds, push them down the hill and see what we got. Our chosen venue was the Surrey hills, the diversity of this area made it a no-brainer with its multitude of steep, mellow, loamy, hardpack, jumpy and twisty terrain there really is something for everyone. We really had a lot of fun producing this edit and trying to spice up the idea of going for a shred on the XC bikes, so we hope you enjoy it too!
Many thanks to Jack Gill at Visual Elements Productions for filming and editing, Liam Joyce at Parallel Lines Media for additional footage and keeping everyone in line, PCJ at Ison Distribution for supplying our fantastic MRP chain guides and Matt Andrews at Halo Wheels.

That's hardly a stereotypical winter ride though.. Maybe in Englandshires soft south. Get the spikes* on n come up to Scotland for some real uk winter riding!
*(or studded tires dependant on ice content)
Looks really cool, a bit more than you usually see around the peaslake region...
Question: Did the rider with the yellow bike crash at 35 sec? Seemed a close one! Also at1:10, or maybe bottomed out?
nice vid looked fun.
