2014 S-Works Demo w/Ohlins shock, DVO Emerald, Enve rims, stem, and bars, XO cranks, XO shifter and derailer, E-13 Ti pedals, E-13 chainguide, Chris King BB, Minion DHF front and rear
Some Carbon-Frames got the cables on the top of the downtube, some under the toptube.. i don't get it. Wish i had mine like you have, under the toptube. Also - That thing is woooaaah!!!! Love it! Do you know the weight of her?
Nearly 8 Pounds, 7.8 to be exact. My colleauge has got nearly the same built with the Boxxer Worldcup, ZTR Flow Rims and Hope Brakes and it has got 35 pounds.
I had to google it! It clearly states that the forks weigh in at 3.0kg, so there for that adds up to 6.61387 pounds. My old demo was sitting at 37 pounds and look at the spec!
3.0kg is the weight DVO says it has got.. Maybe the gravity where DVO weighed the Emerald was not so high But i also weighed it in my shop when we got it, sadly i didn't took a pic of the it, but it was also 3.5kg
Well I would not use jealousy to describe my feeling towards you, more of a subtle rage that's going to build and build until I kill you and take that bike!!!! Holly shit it's amazing literally perfect!
People so bothered about the weight, why??? Forks, might not be physically the lightest, but think about the weight that actually has to move when it needs to........... now your thinking!!!!
I've got a season pass at snow summit for this summer and I'll probably go up to whistler for a while so idk if I will make it up this summer but it's on my bucket list.
Depend's on what you're looking for. I like the small, but i'd probably be fine on a medium especially considering the fact that the Demo is a little bit shorter than a lot of DH rigs. I enjoy being able to throw the bike around.
