 I guess there's only so many times you can say "This is cool!" before you get bored? I remember when POD's would have hundreds a comments and it was a big deal. Tell you what, let's both make an effort to comment on the next weeks worth?

 @cirKus: I failed, i was studying for my degree all weekend (doing it whilst working full-time = bad idea) and i totally forgot to do this. Imma make an extra special effort from today!!!

 INGREDIENTS
2 to 3 very ripe bananas, peeled (about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups mashed)
1/3 cup melted butter, unsalted or salted
1 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar (1/2 cup if you would like it less sweet, 1 cup if more sweet)
1 large egg, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
Bake for 1 hour at 175 c
