+1 Kids go crazy over anything they see at interbike with a big pricetag. Its like Santa Cruz V10's, they actually ride no better than a Specialized Big Hit, just lighter is all. A 2009 Boxxer Team would probably be my nuber 1 race fork, my 2006 888 RC rides oh so much plusher and nicer than the new 2010 boxxer's so I dunno what the hype is all about tbh. Having never ridden a BOS fork I cant comment on that, but I definatly trust your oppinion.
the only difference really is that the v10 is lighter, and has the santa cruz pegigree. Sure I'd much rather have a V10 myself but when it comes down to it, whether you or I like it or not, they ride just as well as each other.
Haha, whether I like it or not? A bighit can't and won't perform as well as the v10. Will a bighit get you down the mountain at a quick pace? For sure. Will the v10 give you an advantage to get down even faster. For sure.
what i me is those who ride hardtails with dual crownd forks will find it nice because now they have a full suspension bike that has the feel of a hardtail because of the steep angled top tube
