 Dude, you're not kidding! I am constantly amazed at just how tough carbon is... That saddle is even carbon railed and I outweigh Fizik's max weight by like 40lbs or something and it's got 1000 miles on it with no issues. Carbon fiber is almost as tough as Hustler! Oddly, the Ritchey C260 stem is pretty much the flexiest thing on the bike right now and it's alloy. It took me a long time to build up trust in a 16lb bike carrying my girth though, the first few hundred miles way back on the Pinarello were very tentative... Even now, I'm still a little amazed every time I hit a pothole at 30mph and don't find myself face down on the asphalt, lol.
