Ripmo carbon frame XL

$1900 USD
Exact mileage unknown but it’s low—my least ridden bike by a mile. I’m more of a roadie and live in the city so it got ridden once or twice a month for about a year. It's in great shape with just some light scratches to the paint on the inside of the rear triangle. I’m 6’6” and it was just a hair too small so it would probably be a great fit for anyone 6’-6’5”. Recently serviced DPX2 shock. Located in Sacramento or will ship.

X01 Eagle chain, low mileage

$35 USD
Low miles X01 Eagle chain from my least ridden bike. Exactly mileage unknown but it was ridden once or twice a month for a season. I tried to get a picture with the stretch gauge in there but there's about 2mm it needs to stretch for the .5 side to fit in which means zero detectable stretch. It's coming off an XL Ibis Ripmo with 10-50 cassette (sale ad linked below). I held it up to a brand new chain for reference and it has 4 link pairs removed so unless you have something crazy long it should fit. Located in Sacramento or will ship at buyer's expense. https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/3001661/

Santa Cruz Bicycles Announces Recall on Some 2020 Aluminum Nomad, Bronson, 5010, & Furtado Models
@madmax245: The reason a discount is warranted is that whenever these bikes are to be sold used, potential buyers are going to say "oh that's X color, it must be the 2019 model instead of the 2020 model" and will not be willing to pay as much. Why would I buy something at full price if it means it's going to be worth less when I go to sell it? @atestisthis: If this process is so standard then why did it go wrong? See above regarding the discount.

Santa Cruz Bicycles Announces Recall on Some 2020 Aluminum Nomad, Bronson, 5010, & Furtado Models
@R-M-R: So you're telling me you wouldn't care at all between a frame that has been painted once versus one that has had heat applied or been bead-blasted or whatever and painted again? Even if all had gone perfectly, others have said "the colors look like someone mixed a couple cans of old paint together". Whether it's been ridden or not and regardless of whether it's the same geometry, the frame is "less pristine" in my eyes and I wouldn't pay the same for it. Again, you don't have to agree. But as we've seen, if not done perfectly, it can cause safety concerns. The part I have a problem with is Santa Cruz not being transparent about this process UNTIL THERE WAS A SAFETY CONCERN. Willful or not, the QC process was negligent at the VERY LEAST or this would have been caught before the bikes were sold and BEST CASE for the affected buyers is a headache/project of taking their bike in and being without it for weeks while they wait to get what they paid for to begin with (a rideable, safe bike) while worst case is an injury, paralysis, or death. The reason a discount is warranted is that whenever these bikes are to be sold used, potential buyers are going to say "oh that's X color, it must be the 2019 model instead of the 2020 model" and will not be willing to pay as much. Why would I buy something at full price if it means it's going to be worth less when I go to sell it? I'm not saying they're a bad or dishonest brand and honestly my next bike will likely be a Hightower.
