Not really sure this is any better than a really high single pivot? It's a VPP that doesn't move it's virtual pivot much.
Where's the anti-squat, pedal kickback and leverage curves?
Reminds me of a Balfor BB7, which I always loved.

@Bliss503: the other owner explicitly stated the sale without his knowledge or agreement was against their shareholder agreement.
If that's true, it doesn't matter he was a minority holder.

@ishouldbebiking: that depends if your shareholder agreement specifies a sale must be mutual between shareholders (two in this case), then the whole sale is void and will be walked back or some other agreement made.
