They're discriminating against men in women's sports. What part of women aren't born with penis's don't you understand?

Yeti's Prototype DH Bike - Sea Otter 2023
@grldm3: well if you run a 4 bar with an IC that runs foward of the bb and then goes rear, with an increasing followed by decreasing antisquat (a rising then falling single pivot like the infinity), you infringe on his patent. Essentially the 6 bar does this, but with extra links for shock control for a lazy designer so it differentiates it from pivot as you say. Lol at the downvotes, Yeti fans be butt hurt.

Yeti's Prototype DH Bike - Sea Otter 2023
@ShreddinThePig: literally the only reason for the 6 bar is to not infringe on DWs patent. The infinity link was you say was actually quite a clever way of having a moving single pivot.

First Ride: Classified's Electronic Two-Speed Powershift Hub
@overconfident: I also have a rohloff and only notice the drag in one gear (I think it's 7); there's a chart comparing efficiency of gear hubs kicking around, but I don't trust it because it shows gear 11 on a rohloff (which is direct drive and the same as a fixed hub) as being less efficient than gear 8. Pinion can definitely shift under more load than the rohloff; though shifting force is proportional to drive load.
