I agree with doublecrownaddict, more live tomato plants were needed. but still a pretty radical trip none the less. now I am wondering if they at least brought fresh tomatos on the trip. Maybe next film let viewers know how many tomatoes you brought and how ripe they were and on which day you ate them. thats if you dont bring the tomato plants as requested. Even better, the next film should just be more tomatos in general, like 90% frest tomato growing documentary with some mountain biking peppered through it. Now that would be epic!

Hey Chris and Friends! As a resident of the DTC I really enjoyed this! It is so beautiful back there. It was cool to try and figure out your guys' route based on the clues here and there. I would love to follow it some day, although I would probably be pushing my luck trying to find those rap rings! I gotta say, I remember trying to get away with the tarp set-up on a previous bike-packing trip to landslide lake, camping in probably about the same spot. I definitely got destroyed by mosquitoes, so here's hoping you fared better than I did. Cheers and thanks for sharing this great adventure with us!

That was epic. Amazing to do climbs and decent on a toasted freewheel. This is why these are called mountain bikes.

Would be cool to carry a live tomato plant on a bike packing trip though maybe better for a road bike trip. Fresh tomatoes are the best!
