Shimano Brings Back the SPD Sandal for Its 25th Anniversary
Sock n thongs mate. Pure German tourist gold. I’ve waited long enough to become a dad and slip into that look. Not that I like it but god the bin lids will hate it and any photos later in life will be legendary with the lock down mo’ and lock down white boy Afro! Think bigger picture!

Shimano Brings Back the SPD Sandal for Its 25th Anniversary
Perfect pub shoe! Ideal for the summer camping recce to the local watering hole for a few golden ale, chats to the locals and then a pedal back to the campsite we th no drink driving involved and just the judgmental stare of locals who love crocs. Pure gold.

12 of the Best 2020 Flat Pedals Ridden & Rated
Without doubt the best pedals I’ve used recently are the Hope F20s and the Specilaized Boomslang. The hopes hare such a good pedal but the Spaz’ Boomslangs take the crown by a county mile.

Looks like it was mounted on a tranny which is a good move in anyone’s eyes.

Video: Andrew Neethling & Sam Reynolds Ride Coronet Peak & Dream Track in 'Mission to Ride' Ep.1
Nice to see needles still running with the young guys. Maybe that’s why I can’t get my bike serviced at the hanger! NZ tracks are always awesome, coronet and cardrona so damn good. Board all winter, ride all summer. Sick.

Video: Andrew Neethling Follows Nino Schurter on his Local Trails
I’ve ridden those trails a lot and he is going poes fast! Really puts the gap of talent and skill into perspective. Chops to nino, would love to know what Tyres he was on. That is the run home from the shuttle / DH / enduro trails and I’m usually on a beefy 2.6 eliminator or DHF and hoping they hold in on the moon dust up there. Last time I had a minion SS on the back and was drifting like it was the fast n the furious!

Video: Rob Warner & Matt Jones Explore Africa's Highest Country
Lesotho is such a rad place to ride. Did an enduro there as well as a couple of trips and it is totally beyond most experiences on the bike and off. The people and the country stay with you in a way that no other country does. Once you have been there it constantly gnaws at your bones calling you to come back.

6 Clip-In Trail Pedals Ridden & Rated
@WAKIdesigns: the ease of getting you foot out quickly and back in is what I love about them. Never had a problem engaging and have backed the tension right off so I can get my foot off and down quick, quick. Thing I really like is you can pull up on them when climbing and they'll never pop out but a quick flick and it's sorted. I only really use them for 'pedally' longer rides as I'm usually flats for the win.
