Video: Neko Mulally On Frameworks' First Bonded Downhill Frame
Lessons learned: 1) Galvanic corrosion fundamentals 2) Double lap structure 3) Put some of the glue into a paper bag and test to make sure its the good stuff 4) Test the fuck out of frame with destructive testing and cycle testing 5) Don't send old frames to hardline

Rebecca Henderson Ruptured Ankle Ligament Ahead of Australian National XC Championships
Her ankle is really sore and probably reallllllll fat with swelling. "She tore ligaments in her ankle" probably would suffice for everyone without a medical background.

Bike Check: Nino Schurter's Custom Cape Epic Race Bike
So much for all the in frame storage space, amirite? It's a shame he can't have his tool pack inside the triangle and away from all of the rear wheel spray.

Highlights, Results & Analysis from the Cape Epic 2024 Stage 2
That's a crazy output for that duration. I remember watching a video.... literally within the last 6 months where Lance armstrong slyly mentioned he held 450 watts for an hour long climb stage and the interviewer continued on until the numbers clicked in his brain and he stopped and blurted out "you did how many watts for that climb?", in sheer awe. We live in cool times because the nutrition improvements and athlete improvement in tolerating insane sugar intake loads is leading to power outputs that were thought untouchable even 10 years ago!

First Ride: Revel Rascal V2
Yeah, think about a single IC point. ICC refers to adding every IC from start to finish of the wheel stroke and showing all of the points where the IC vectors converge. What they mean is that because the ICC is at the point of the chainring and also dissects the main pivot IC through the center, it doesn't put any moments or torque on the linkage. Thats the whole point of cbf, there are still the same chain and weight shift forces, but because the vector goes through the pivot in such a way to prevent any moments, it has negligible effect on the suspension movement reacting to terrain or other force inputs.
