No Derailleur, No Cassette: Gobao's New 1500W Motor Eliminates Traditional Shifting
I guess they won't be happy till knee jerk legislation closes all the trails. Can see the trail user fights already. SMH.

How To Take Your Kids Mountain Biking Without Ruining the Fun
@justridingalong1: Agreed. My park Snow summit has little terrain at all. It has a little skills area you can't get to if the lift at that area is closed which it is all the time and the lift goes so damn slow an 8 year old is crawling the wall by the top. They also close it for lunch. So that leaves a piss poor xcountry green or 2 blues where the difference in skill speed is substantial.

How To Take Your Kids Mountain Biking Without Ruining the Fun
@bocomtb: Not exactly. We just all need to respect each other. Slow riders should pull over when it is safe and they can get up to speed again. Faster riders need to chill when they come on slower riders and either stop or wait to pass. This is a sentive subject to all of us. At least at my "local" park its not really set up well for the difference in rider speeds. That girl in spandex who wanted to check out the black gap trail has every right to do so. She can ride it. She just can clear it. Sucks for me when I need to go fastt to clear stuff but she paid her ticket too. In my case the local resort is responcible for a lot of issue with poor trail design.

How To Take Your Kids Mountain Biking Without Ruining the Fun
@bocomtb: people got to start somewhere and their lift tickets cost the same amount as yours. Most of the time they'd be fine on those blue trails. The only issue is people like you think they're the only person on the planet

Cannondale Factory in Netherlands To Close In 2027 With Expected Loss Of 120 Jobs
@vinay: I think you're spot on. I also think more people are keeping bikes longer because the difference in a 6-year-old bike just isn't that much. And my 6-year-old bike doesn't have any of this BS electronics that I don't care for anyway.
