Agree they are always flexi death. I had a Maverick for a couple years and it nearly killed me multiple times. They'll have to have this thing on the market for years with 1000s of happy customers before I'd look twice.

Opinion: Five Things The Bike Industry Could Do Better
Their job is to make money period. Anything else is a by product of the effort. Not saying I like it but its the capitalism we all live with. Yeah wall st , etc!

I've had horrific crashes on the road and the dirt. A bad crash is a bad crash. You can shake off a minor MTB crash. Relatively minor road bails still suck bad, especially when you are hairy.

Specialized Lays Off 8% of its Employees in "Organization Adjustment"
@trillot: no reason to expect price drops. This company like all exists for shareholder value. That's it. I work for a supposedly woke company that is laying off people in droves so that wall st is placated. Public or private thats all that lay offs are. Customers employees and everyone else mean nothing compared to investors and shareholders.
