Looks sweet. Hope there are daily updates. Glad to see Pinkbike supporting more grass roots races like this. Good luck Matt.

Review: The Pivot Shadowcat is Niche & Nimble
I have had both Firebird 29 versions. Love it. Pedals like allot of 140 bikes. It’s my one quiver bike as I sold my switchblade. It’s more nimble than bikes like the spec enduro that just eats anything in its path. Compared to Ibis Ripmo V2 my wife rides Firebird feels a half star more enduro full star better climber. Build quality of pivot bikes are best in the business in my opinion.

Review: The Pivot Shadowcat is Niche & Nimble
Love the looks and the weight. Pivot still should have engineered a way to make it mullet without having to decrease travel so much. It would make the bike more versatile imho. Seems like everyone else is doing it. This is coming from a Pivot fanboy.

First Ride: The 2024 Pivot Switchblade Gets Updated, Not Overhauled
@chaoscacca: Yeah I’m not sure why they got rid of the green. Even if they would have changed it to a different green imo the black with white logo is lame.

5 Key Takeaways From the Jesse Melamed Podcast
Jesse a few years ago you did a timed hot lap against Sam Hill on a video and he was faster than you. I can remember thinking to myself you were trying so much harder but he was just so freakin smooth. The last 3-4 years I have thought several times about how freaking smooth you ride now compared to back then. Really impressed with how you were able to keep developing your technique. Really enjoy watching you race and your humble personality.

Ben love what you do. You should switch gears and do an Enduro team also this year. You and pinkbike would give enduro the injection it will need next year.

"Sad it Had to Come to an End" - Greg Minnaar Features on Santa Cruz's 'The Roller Door' Podcast
I agree with everything you said. I would add the majority of bike purchasers know absolutely nothing about cycling as a sport let alone top athletes. I would add in my experience even the majority of cyclists who work and own bike stores don’t pay any attention to racing. I will probably get downvoted but the pink bike community is its own very small ecosystem of bike fanatics who care about their favorite riders. Racers don’t really sell bikes.
