@Jonesey23: Yeah, no kidding, my IG algorithm has a lot of mtb stuff. I want to see mtb stuff when I'm on IG or YT. The problem is Amflow and Avinox have given out lots of stuff to influencers and creators so it's almost impossible to escape if you follow anything mtb related. That's why it's irritating. These are not traditional ads I am talking abut but rather normal "posts" and "articles" from creators and bike media that are clearly thinly veiled promotion. I accept this is part of the industry but the level at which Amflow and Avinox push it is beyond anything I have seen from the established brands.

@SEA5ONS: It's not standard ads but rather social media posts and "articles" of the media sites. Amflow and Avinox have given out loads of free stuff to influencers and have also paid lots of the media publications to post stuff about it.
Random IG influencer: "Just got a new Avinox bike! I just so happen to have a new DJI power station, Bluetooth mic and Osmo action cam also! Totally unrelated! Look at how great all this stuff is. Way better than Bosch and GoPro!"

First Ride: Sour's 32/29" Mega Mullet Trail Bike
Why did we completely miss 30.5 and go straight to 32? 32s are so out of proportion size wise they just look ugly and weird on bikes. Frames and forks like weird and spindly in comparison to the wagon wheels. 30.5 could have been integrated into current accepted geos and wheelbases quite easily and I could see a system of 27.5, 29 and 30.5 wheel sizes being spec'd depending on frame size working quite well. The huge jump to 32 is just jarring.

@phops: Eh the current Avinox service model is definitely built around dealers and bike shops. They want you to go back to the shop for warranty stuff. The things I've read suggest Avinox is not so easy to deal with directly.

I am actually sick to my back teeth of seeing Amflow (and to a lesser extent Avinox) paid promotions absolutely EVERYWHERE. Every time I open Instagram, Youtube or any mtb website there is yet another one.

@CustardCountry: Exactly if you look it's almost always Yank and Canadian accounts spewing the emtb hate. I think Europe has mostly accepted them as the new norm.
