@casey-as: It probably just means you could try a little longer reach or effective top tube length. You could add an inch or two to your height when looking into a new bike or try a longer stem to up your reach and see if you like it. I'm +2 and right on the fringe of M and L bikes and the reach on L bikes feels much better.
