@gbeaks33: I had a similar issue and tired to keep lifting/ doing forearm training, but it never got better. I eventually found tennis elbow to be the cause. The pain started in my hands and eventually it worked its way up my forearms. I got dry needled and starting massaging the affected area with a theragun and it has gone away over time. Your issue could be something completely different, but I always like to throw this out there as it took me a while to figure out what the problem was

@artistformlyknowasdan: no, a 20inch bike can only go so fast. If a kid is comfortable on the blues, there is absolutely no reason a kid can’t be on the blues. A good parent can be alert and have them pull over when someone is behind. If you’re on a blue trail, there are going to be slower riders. Period. Adult or kid.
