Most of the teenage riders here in Adelaide get off and push at the first sign of any ascent - or jump on the nearest shuttle.
This bloke needs to come and give them a lesson in effort. If only 1% rubbed off, they'd all be pedalling everything!
To have someone that young be that focused and driven is very, very rare.
He is a very special human being.

I demo'd a Norco optic after these guys said it was the best thing since sliced bread and it won boty. Good thing I did, it was crap and not as good as the model it replaced.
Norco obviously had a big media budget that year.
