Nordest Cycles Introduces a Titanium "Enduro" Hardtail With a Pinion Gearbox
There is definitely potential for more upgrades within gearboxes, wireless shifting would be amazing, perhaps carbon crank arms and gearbox casings could also save a couple of 100g and go some way to offsetting that weight penalty

Breeding the Ultimate Mutt Bike - Opinion
Descending ability from an Apollo Slant, pedalling characteristics and every day usability of a Cosmic Crossfire, jaw-dropping looks of a Klein Mantra-cum-Fiat Multipla hybrid. In og 650a wheelsize only, with a just for looks elastomer shock in place any water bottles and a faux MX mudguard and fender. Thanks.

Canyon's Prototype Cross-Country Weapon - Stellenbosch World Cup XCO
Thought it would have arrived sooner after the Exceed was launched, v long overdue. With the new Spectral, Torque and E-bike they now offer an entire spectrum of bikes that are at the top of the market inc. road and cx bikes, with the exception of a long-travel 29er! My old Spectral 29er was sick, but now Canyon are lagging far behind in the 29er game, surely a 29er 150mm+ travel bike has to be coming?

Sina Frei's Wild Ghost Lector at Stellenbosch World Cup XCO - Bike Check
@fartymarty: The Intense Sniper from the other day is just that isn't it? I know it's FS, but I think Unno, Canyon Exceed and Scott Scale are all hardtails updated to be longer and slacker too!

Thömus Lightrider Dual-Suspension 29er at Stellenbosch World Cup XCO - Bike Check
I agree, what is the point in the low standover? They aren't running a dropper, and if they were wouldn't need the space for a 200mm one. More space for bottles is useful! Also RC is correct about the lines being ruined, should have drawn a line from the headset to line up with the chainstays, that would look super clean!
