Canada Announces 27 Athletes for Leogang World Championships
@giantwhip: Wentworth had some pretty great riding back in the day before the owners booted bikers (I'm still bitter). Their have been WC downhill races on similar size hills in the past, Martock has pretty weak elevation but Cape Smokey is coming back to life with 1000 vertical feet and likely some pretty wicked terrain to build bike trails, which they plan to do.

10 Exotic or Unconventional Downhill Bikes Spotted in the World Cup Pits
As an engineer, the Cannondale is awesome, even if it was just a test bike, super cool to see a company experimenting like that. On a looks standpoint, the UNNO without a doubt.

Did Brendan or Kaos do it first? Couldn't really tell but I seen Brendan's on social media first. Don't think it counts till its thrown into a race run though!

Tech Randoms: Leogang DH World Cup 2019
I don't think they count in Juniors, and with Newkirk being the more recent winner she would take the 1st plate.. I may be wrong though.

Martin Maes Announced as Red Bull Athlete
@JosHan: Don't see many water companies offering already underpaid mountain bike athletes $50K+ a year. Let the guy make a living how he wants.

Martin Maes Announced as Red Bull Athlete
Or taking a great opportunity to be financially stable and continue to excel as a professional athlete in a sport with limited financing? Demonizing people who take energy drink sponsorship is ridiculous, they have every right to want to make enough to be able to be stable just on their cycling career. This isn't major league sports, these athletes need all the sponsors they can get.

A Closer Look at Cannondale's Wild 2-Shock DH Bike - Maribor World Cup DH 2019
The spring shock just looks like a dummy to manage the spring rate. Its not like your rocking too full spec shocks, while its definitely more expensive than a single shock I doubt its comparable in price as managing two full spec shocks.

Before the Storm: The 2017 Downhill World Cup Season in Numbers
Whether contributed to his wheel size or not, Minaar is still the man to beat... A DQ at MSA for Minaar and Gwin still isnt #1.

Red Bull District Ride celebrates comeback with Martin Soderstrom
@gavlaa: It likely comes down to his sponsors, he's only representing a fraction of them in slopestyle. Unfortunately as well known as he is, he is not Nyquist and likely just does not have the option or the budget to chase the Joyride dream again. Hopefully we'll see him return to try again someday though!

I asked Drew on his instagram if he was gonna do the FMB tour this year, he said he's hoping to ride a few events but not pursuing joyride this year.
