Adrien Dailly Injured With a Dislocated Shoulder
Dislocated shoulder are not so bad if there is someone trail side that can pull it back quickly. But as the minutes start to go by agony starts to settle in. I had a posteriorly dislocated right shoulder while riding solo and after a couple of minutes the muscles start to cramp up and OMG the worst pain I have experienced in my life. Right now I'm recovering from a fractured right clavicle that required surgery and the pain does not even come close.

Martin Maes Gets Ready for the 2020 Season on his eMTB
Hey man I know some people are fanatically against Emtb but I can tel you without a doubt that riding one makes you a better analog bike rider. I have been riding for about 8/9 years now and started emtb about 6/7 months ago. When I got the e bike at first I only rode it for about 6 weeks and that one day that I went back to my analog bike I was literally wondering why it felt like I was Ripping so hard on the lighter bike. Ebikes are heavier so the muscles you use to handle a regular bike become stronger making a big difference on how you feel on a lighter bike.

Seems like road biking is far more dangerous that mountain biking. Stay off the roads guys either train in the woods or indoors. What a bummer man!!!!!
