Eurobike Randoms II - Eurobike 2018
We built an orange alpine up in the shop with the only carbon being the bars for around £2500 less than RRP on a top spec Santa cruz nomad cc and the orange came in just over 2lbs lighter. Been abused by a 20 stone + rider for years and not a single broken component. And they come with a race warranty

Eurobike Randoms II - Eurobike 2018
@Stravs: I was told a few years ago, that almost all orange 'cracked' frames were just paint cracks and are simply stripped and re painted FOC, or if that colour is at the back of their paint cycle (something like 8 week runs), they send you a new one out that they have already painted and scrap you old one. Cant say fairer than that

Hope Cuts Price on Made-in-England Carbon Bike
@WAKIdesigns: As far as im aware most shops in the dealer net work for these are selling there allocated stock each month. Having personally met Alan at hope, while yes there will be some business meaning to this, I do actually believe this is just him being his good self. Heck when we did a shop tour of the factory he took us out for lunch at a local pub and paid for all 8 of us.

Hope Cuts Price on Made-in-England Carbon Bike
@CustardCountry: pretty much, every shop that has been selected to sell them can only sell 1 bike a month, if they sell more the customers must wait for the next shipment. Ive not heard of many shops keeping them on the shop floor for long

American Classic Calls It Quits... For Now
We sell their wheels in and they are honestly the best value wheels you can get. Sure the hubs are a bit slow but find a good shop that can buy the rims on their own (american classic are very protective) and lace them into some hopes etc and theyre bomb proof. We literally all ride them in the shop. Shame to see them go. However... Good news. I hear there is a certain company trying to buy them out :)

On One 456 Summer Season MTB

$450 GBP
Where to begin. I originally bought this bike from someone who just used it for commuting with the intention of using it as a winter bike/ something to get back to basics on, however it soon didnt go that way. When i got it it had maxxis moto tyres, old manatou forks and a spare rim (all included in the sale), these were stripped off and replaced with a set of folding schwalbe nobby nic tyres and a set of u turn rockshox toras. This transformed the bike and meant it was now my go to bike. Why? Because it it was simply so fun, it is a small however i am 5'10 and it fitted me spot on with a long seat post as it meant it was nice and short and easy to throw about. It has had a slotted link chain (lighter) and a 11-36 cassette fitted 2 rides ago (one 1hour and one 20 minutes long) so these are like new. It has also had within the last few months new inner and outer cables, new rear brake pads and a new bottom bracket. The spec Frame -456 summer season Headset - FSA Fork - Rockshox uturn 302 Front Brake - Avid Elixer R with a hope mount Rear Brake - Avid Elixer 5 Front Rotor - Hope Saw Rear Rotor - Shimano Front Wheel - Specalized rim on Stout hub Rear Wheel - Shimano XT (tubeless ready as it has no spoke holes) Bars - Easton Havoc 35mm Stem - RaceFace Atlas 35mm BB - Shimano Cranks - Shimano Deore Chain Ring - Hope Narrow Wide 32t Rear Mech - Shimano SLX with clutch Shifter - Shimano SLX (i think, cant quite remember) with a match maker. Chain - Shimano slotted link Cassette - Shimano Seat Post - Promax Saddle - Velo Headset Spacers - 3x10mm Carbon and 2x5mm alloy Extras - Manatour spv 130mm forks, could do with a service as the rebound is all over the place which is common if they are a bit low on oil so should be an easy fix. Spezalized rim 2x Maxxis moto tyres with a ton of tread left. As I said before, i fell in love with this bike and has wanted nothing but sadly it must now go. It is used (obviously) so please do not expect a mint condition bike as it has been used for what it was intended for. A couple of things to note. The rear pads now squeak as i got a bit trigger happy with the oil, would only take a few mins to clean up. Not sure how the rebound adjustment works on these forks, there only seems to be two positions instead of loads of clicks? Never bothered me as they were spot on for how i liked them. Pick up is welcome from near Goole or Fulford, local drop off is also available if arranged before hand. If you are wanting this posted, please allow me enough time to get a box and enough bubble wrap from my local bike shop so do not expect this to arrive within a day or so. Any questions message me and i will get back asap. Thanks Ebay Add - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/-/152109207456?
