Injuries Suck, But They're Part of Mountain Biking
I don't even crash and I still get injured. But my injuries are of the endurance athlete type, including pelvic floor tightness, various areas of tendinosis, and occasional muscle imbalances that need to be worked out.

I really feel this week's crashes in my body. Ouch. I like how bystanders always ask "are you ok?" even before the person has finished crashing. It takes a minute to know if one is ok.

I tried pickleball. It's tedious and boring. Prefer peddles to paddles. Maybe when I transition to an E-bike then I will also find pickleball more appealing.
