Spokane Trail Saboteur Pours Grease on Rock Slab, Threatens Further Action
We just got some legal DH on a trail system in the area a couple years ago and the rules are a bit confusing, but it makes a huge difference. Hikers, horse riders, everyone is super friendly on shared trails and you can rip DH because it’s designated. Everywhere else, you’re likely to get the biz from someone almost every ride.

@psycln: Yep, we got ‘‘em here too. Not all boomers freak out when they see a mountain bike, but 100% of who freaks out at the sight of a mountain bike is a boomer in REI park ranger cosplay.

Spotted: Matt Hunter's Aluminum Specialized Stumpjumper Has a Cable Actuated Derailleur
@mikekazimer: I’m interested to know if low maintenance also means chains and cassettes last longer. That’s actually more important to me than whether I have to charge a battery or fuss with a derailleur and what could convince me to upgrade (my drivetrain or my Stumpy).
