Ibis cycles.....small company, big heart. Couldn't be happier for them.

RED BULL PLEASE LISTEN!!!! Do it right or don't do it at all. So bloody frustrating!! The occasional technical issue now and again is both acceptable and understandable, but on a regular basis like you do, sorry but that's just plain incompetence!

Kudos to the photographers, visually stunning and pulls you right in to the adventure. In a world of mundane picture overload, these visuals from artists at work digging deep into their craft are a real treat.

Ibis looked after me unbelievable well when they didn't have too. Gave me a replacement frame for free, on a frame long beyond warranty, and I was not even the original owner! Have also run 741's with absolutely zero issues, probably because I didn't do the foolish thing and run them at too low pressures...avoiding harsh rim strikes. They have not needed truing in a year of hard riding, including rough and rocky trails and rough downhills. To listen to these posts slating Ibis customer service as 'poor' or 'bs' when there is so much universal acclaim specifically for their customer service, well it sounds like sour grapes from people who have abused their equipment and then got the hump when the manufacturer won't pay for it.

@joeyschusler- brilliant vid, but also curious about any bike mechanical issues/challenges you had?

I spoke with him for the first time via email recently, and you can really feel that he puts his whole heart into what he does and genuinely wants you to succeed. And his online video tutorials are excellent, would recommend them to anyone.

Riding in Hong Kong I once heard the sound of my mates bike crashing behind me. I rode back and he told me he had watched me run over a snake (I never noticed), then he also ran over It but somehow it got thrown up and caught into his frame, he said he was freewheeling along staring down at this black and white snake tangled in his frame for a moment when he suddenly realised "Shit, this thing might bite me!" ...and promptly abandoned himself off the back of the bike! Fortunately for him he did, as the snake was the agressive and highly venomous Many-Banded Krait.

No disrespect to any of the people involved, but this video is so 'off' that it gave me the heebie jeebies.

That's a lot of inner smile's he's gonna have whenever he reminisces these memories. What a fantastic achievement in front of a wild and fun loving Irish crowd.
