First Ride: YT's New Long-Travel 29er, the Jeffsy 29 CF Pro Race
@jaame: Sticker on my Ripmo says "Made in Vietnam". Probably in the VIP factory, same one that many are now using. My Ripmo looks like a work of art.

Opinion: E-bikes are Breeding the Components Riders Want
My pops once told me as a kid (as I was starting my own neighborhood lawn mowing business at 12 years old) that the 3 most important things in business are: #1 - Marketing #2 - Marketing #3 - Marketing This was told to him by a very successful owner of a multi-million dollar medical device company.

SunRace's New 1X Drivetrain is for the Groms - Taipei Cycle Show 2018
@ronufoh: The Trailcraft are a premium kids crankset for sure.. https://www.trailcraftcycles.com/product/trailcraft-direct-mount-cranks/ You pay extra for the substantial weight savings as it uses an aluminum spindle to save a bunch more weight. 26,28,30,32 tooth aluminum direct mount chainring options in 140mm, 152mm, and 165mm lengths. The 152mm Trailcraft Cycles Direct Mount are super light compared to a similar SRAM 155mm NX by well over 100 grams, that weight savings comes from the aluminum spindle and chainring. Great place to save weight on typically super heavy kids bikes.

We Went To Taiwan and Started a Bike Company...
@Racer951: From recent experience, it costs about $6000+ for a full sized 40 footer to Long Beach port. About 400 frames fit, single boxed. Duty is 4.7% for a frame (US), then another freight charge to the destination either by rail (train) or 53' Tractor Trailer. We used to figure about $40.00 ocean/door to door in freight costs. For a $1000 crabon frame and shock our cost, another $47.00 in duty. This is a great article, but there are so many variables. So many companies are getting carbon made in Vietnam now, which is a whole new story/video.

Big guys bike! Niner ROS9 extra large w/ new parts

$1899 USD
For the tall guys. Selling my phenomenal NINER ROS9 with so MANY new parts including a new drivetrain consisting of 30t Race Face n-w ring, Sunrace 10 speed 11-42 cassette, KMC Chain Biggest upgrade is the BRAND NEW 40mm wide carbon rims/wheelset. Maxxis Ardent 2.4" tires, Magura brakes, Shimano XT rear derailleur, Niner CYA BSA bb adapter, PIKE 120mm boost fork, and 50mm Niner Trail stem- - - - .all items have seen dirt for just 1 quick ride. The brakes are not even broken in yet! So this is basically a new bike with exception of the frame, saddle, seatpost, 780mm bars and headset. I've just built this up and not ridden it yet as we just got 10" of snow. I am thinking of going another direction of bike for summer and want to see if there is any interest before I ride this with all the new gear. Frame is in pristine condition, parts new and just a small scratch on the Thomson seatpost. As close to a brand new bike as you could get, without the $4000 price tag!
