Pinkbike Poll: If You Had to Ride One Bike for the Rest of Your Life, What Would It Be?
I don’t see it on the choices, but it’s gotta be a fat bike because it’s the only ride I can use all year long.

The Pinkbike Podcast: Episode 6 - Over Biked Or Under Biked?
Personally I think 100mm bikes are the way to go anytime I try some with more travel I just end up going slower. I’m really eyeing a Supercaliber for my next ride. I do however live in Wisconsin, so we don’t exactly have any gnarly downhills. Just very pedally xc courses.

Bike Check: Barbara Benko's Custom Ghost Lector SF Pro Softail
@Bustacrimes: the Supercaliber is just a short travel full suspension bike.

Hunt's New E_Enduro Wheelset - Pond Beaver 2020
“ With a motor helping and an extra 15 pounds of metal under you, e-bikes are said to be especially hard on their components.” I always get a chuckle out of that line because I think my total weight bike + gear + rider on an ebike would still be lighter than a lot of the guys I ride with who are on 25 lb super bikes. They must really be blowing through equipment.

Field Trip: Commencal's $2,599 Meta TR Ride - A Tough Trail Smasher
Not sure you can say UCI everything when they don’t even make a XC bike.

Field Trip: Calibre's $1,400 Bossnut - The Boss of Low Cost
It’s hard to critique it for not having boost spacing when the target buyer of this bike likely isn’t dropping a grand on a set of fancy new hoops anyways. Plenty of non-boost budget replacement wheels are available in the case of a taco.

The Pinkbike Guide to Indoor Cycling
@Chuckolicious: I had the same experience for years I would try to ride the trainer to stay for in the winter but I would make it two weeks into the winter before giving up due to boredom. However, two years ago I got TrainerRoad/Zwift and now I’m damn near addicted to the trainer. The structured intervals make time go by almost faster than when I ride outside and the various KOM and sprint challenges on Zwift give me just the extra motivation I need to dig just that little bit harder every time. When I do get out on the trails these days (twice per week) it’s so much more enjoyable! I’ve always hated the climbs, but now I can get up all the climbs without much effort. It makes the downhills that much more enjoyable.

Bike Check: Christina Chappetta's Trek Slash
@thegoodflow: I'd agree with that. I'm 5'6" and usually ride either a small or medium frame. I'll only go medium if the stack height is the same as the small frame. To get into a decently low position I end up having to almost always run a negative rise stem and either flat bars or bars that actually have a negative rise. If I don't I always end up with bars that are above my saddle and make my bike feel like I'm riding a cruiser. To me, given that I ride a similar size bike, her bars look rather high.

Welcome to the 2020 Pinkbike Field Trip - Value Bike Edition
@reverend27: My aluminum frame, front suspension, fat bike is 32 lbs. I don't get how that Kona is the same weight? Must have some anchors for wheels.

I'm browsing on a 27" 5k iMac, the photos like stellar. The fact that the photos actually fill up my screen is one of my favorite bits of these reviews.
