Intense Spider XL

$550 USD

Super fun bike. Built from frame with modern parts (nice ones at that). Adjustable rear travel 115-130mm. Set at 130 with very nice cane creek shock. Suntour fork has impressed me. Shifts like money, brakes are tried and true, decent pedals the things ready to go. Components are all in great shape, it has but two issues. 1) dropper goes up slow. 2) front wheel out of true. It could be trued back so it stops occasionally rubbing, but I imagine will need replacing to make it perfect again. Solid spec and rides very good with the high rise bars. Sick on turns and jumps, would be a great starter bike for a newer rider or a fun addition to the quiver for an experienced rider. Rut track machineeeee. Specialized Releases Alloy Levo R - Shaves $2,000 Off the Price Tag

The price is insane yes, makes no sense but the bike makes sense. Personally, if I were to get an Ebike I would not want it to descend as well as my acoustic one to motivate me to ride that still. The Eb would be essentially a training tool to do hella laps on a heavy, under-traveled bike so that the acoustic rig feels that much better after developing technique on a big battery monster like this. Unfortunately I kinda love it. However specialized is actually tweaking on the price I would love to know the margins on this fuggin scam
