Hi chap, thanks for the message, perhaps its something about these Patriots, I wonder if there are more people with a similar story!!!! Perhaps they need a appreciation society setting up. I think they are un breakable and really are a amazing bike to ride. I too cant really bring myself to sell it, I see it more as a continuation of its life. Really sorry on the Sherman front, sold them last week..... wish I'd known earlier!

Loved reading your patriot 7+ story! I also have one that has been well loved and has influenced a lot of people in the same way, From the day i picked it up from the shop (3rd March 2004) it took my riding to a whole new level! Allowing me to go bigger and faster than most the people i knew with full on Downhill bikes. And I could still ride it to the top. It has taken a lot of abusive riding over the years and is still going strong with a lot of its original parts. It still gets used by my friend that i introduced to the sport by lending him the bike and he is now hooked and joins me now on every ride.I have had a few good offers for it over the years but I don't think I will ever sell it cos it means more to me than the money! P.s do you still have the Shermans for sale if so what is the best price you can sell them to another 7+ lover for to help keep my baby rolling?
