The Best Bike Racks of Sea Otter 2026
Yeah with these prices I'm just gonna continue folding the rear seats flat in my car, throwing a tarp down, taking the front wheel off and putting my bike in the car.
With the added bonus that no scrote is gonna see my nice expensive bike hanging off the back and follow me home to mark it for theft, or in winter get all the lovely salty wet road spray absolutely battering my bike, or have my bike absolutely mangled if someone drives into the back of me, or worry about not having secured it properly and it falling off at 70mph, or have to pay even more money top have an ugly ass tow ball fitted to my car just for the pleasure of using a rack

What is it with pinkbike and their norco/forbidden/yeti glazing?
I've had my account since 2007 and they've been like this since the outside+ acquisition, I've rode some of the bikes they've historically rated as GOATs with high expectations from PBs incessant rim licking and I've not been that impressed. I wonder how much cash flows their way from these companies under the guise of "reviews" when really it's just a sneaky ad.

XC has come a long way. There's a lot of folks who say gravel biking is just 90s XC mountainbiking with drop bars so it appears now that gravel and cyclocross have found their place they're trying to modernise XC, if it keeps going this way I can foresee Trail bikes being pulled into the XC category and eventually the normal XC bikes phasing out 100mm travel models in favour of 120/140mm frames.

@oronaut: I was all in disagreement until I read the 3 litres on a 2 hour ride and started laughing, I'm guilty of that virtually every ride I go out on.
I carry too much to fit in a fanny pack anyway
