You don't go into shock from breaking a bone. Shock is a pathological condition affecting your circulatory system. You DO likely get a rush of adrenaline, but it's not "shock."

Black Friday - Get your shopping on!
Seems a bit silly...mountain biking has become much too product and consumption oriented. It's not really about products. Sure you need a bike, but once you have one, appreciate what you have and ride more. "Get you shop on?" Really? I can think of 100000 other, better ways to spend my time.
