Lee McCormack's Guide to Bike Set-Up
@optimumnotmaximum: Same here....I tried the new super slack and super long bikes (not a Pole though) and didn’t come to terms with them. When I was riding downhills all day long I found it more and more difficult to put enough weight on the front wheel....when I was getting tired I had just too many washouts ....these bikes may work for some but not for me...

Well I‘m 1,56 and the reach of my bike (560mm) is far too short. And the head angle of 61 degree ist not slack enough!! Happy now?

Lee McCormack's Guide to Bike Set-Up
I tried RAD on all my bikes....and funny enough the numbers work for me. This system works by far better than an isolated reach number, seems to be the new chainsaw lenghth. I like people at 1,68 complaining about their bikes ( 500 mm reach is too short for Reach without stack doesn’t really mean a lot....

First Look: Banshee's 2016 Lineup
Own a Phantom - brillant bike. And I completely agree with the comments about carbon! After a crah I would definetely be worried about the it damaged now or not? And even when you get a replacement - I want ro ride and not wait for the new frame.....

BMC Speedfox SF02 XT - Review
I ride a short-travel 29er trailbike (a Banshee Phantom) and I'm more than happy with it - brilliant bike. A friend of mine tested my bike recently and was really impressed so he wants to get a 29er as well, but he wants to buy from his local bikeshop that mainly sells BMC. Can anyone compare the Speedfox to bikes like the Banshee Phantom, Kona Process 111 or Transition Smuggler?????

Banshee Phantom - Review
I am a very happy owner of that bike.....I can only recommend it ! I've been using it on local trails and on very hard trails here in the Austrian alps - it's just pure fun to ride. For me a short - travel ( even though the Phantom feels like much more travel) 29er is the ulimate trailbike.
