Awesome bikes; just have to be a doctor or lawyer to be able to get one

Me too. I wonder if Transition makes a 650B Covert in the future.

The Covert is awesome. If they come out with a 650b version it's going to be the fastest bike available.

First Ride: Santa Cruz Bronson Carbon - 650B Ripper
Great comment. are there any cost effective aluminum alternatives to the Enves in 650b? Also, I hope they start coming out with 650b hard tail trail/all mountain bikes w/ similar geometry. In all most all cases, the full suspension is way to pricey for what you get. (in my humble opinion)

X-Fusion Introduces 27.5" Trail Fork
You're right, the vehicle isn't a good analogy, but I still think most new components and frames are way too pricey for what you get. My only point is that I hope X Fusion sells a bunch of forks that are equivalent in quality to other brands for a lot less and that this trend is repeated throughout the "niche" market of mountain biking.

X-Fusion Introduces 27.5" Trail Fork
I think it's awesome that someone is offering a high quality fork at a reasonable price. I hope other companies start doing the same thing. I'd love to pick up a new full suspension trail/all mountain bike, but can't because they are too damn expensive. my 2004 Ford Ranger is now appraised at $2000 with 80k miles. I can only get a frame for that price. Sorry to bitch and I know this probably isn't the forum for this, but it would be nice to bring prices down to where average riders could afford bikes and components, not just doctors and lawyers. Maybe I just don't understand all the manufacturing complexities but with today's manufacturing technology, we should be able to get high quality frames and components at 2/3 -1/2 the price they are at now.
