Fox Files Patent For Strain Wave-Based Dual Motor eCVT
@phops: as an engineer... engineering is just copying things. Isolated inventors is kind of a myth to me. In reality each generation of engineers is building off the previous generation of engineering, materials science, and economic activity (material availablility). Great inventions are often standing on the shoulders of other's designs and advancements in material science.

Christopher Blevins Out of the South Korea World Cup with a Broken Collarbone
@shapethings: really depends on the break and the other damage (shoulder separation, muscle tearing etc). For clean break with a plate repair you can get back at it pretty darn quick if you don’t mind risking it.

Christopher Blevins Out of the South Korea World Cup with a Broken Collarbone
I’m just getting back on the bike again after a collarbone break 6 months ago… the first few weeks are brutal. I had some additional damage that added recovery time. Usually you can be back within 2-3 months for a “normal” break.
Wishing Blevins a fast and complete recovery!!
