Can MTB Brakes Stop a Honda Fit? We Tested 10 Four-Piston MTB Brakes
Came here to say this, really don't understand how people find Shimano so hard to control. Never find them as on-off as people claim them to be, personally. Maybe it's braking technique more than the brakes themselves?

SRAM Maven Ultimate brakeset F&R
£300 GBPSRAM Maven Ultimate front and rear set. One matchmaker adapter included.
Used for six sessions spec'd on a new bike, the power is insane, just swapped out for another set out of personal preference.
Plenty of life left in the pads.
Front is still bled and set up, rear was internal so had to be cut and will therefore need bleeding once you route it on your bike.
Hose lengths are approx 870mm front and 1500mm rear.
Can post at the buyers expense.

@thustlewhumber: absolutely, if your main concern is seated positioning. When you stand up for the fun bits, however, the seat angle/ett makes no difference and the reach does.
