Industry Digest: U.S. Bike Imports Down 24%, Eurobike Revamps its Leadership, Canyon's Sales Decrease & More
The bike industry has simply too many brands, too many frame sizes, and too many component companies to really operate in a healthy way. There is so much choice, how can any brand truly stand out in a meaningful way without massively discounting, or taking huge marketing risk which their volumes can't reliably support. It's tough.

@SchalkMarais: I ship things from the UK to the USA, the tariff now has to be paid to the delivery company in order to generate a postage label. Now, what I've done, and almost every company probably has, is just add it to the delivery charge the USA customer has to now pay. But they've certainly attempted to export the cost.

Review: Orbea Rallon DH - A Recipe For Locking Into Turns
It’s clever that they’ve used the same frame and intentionally let everybody know. Maybe a very slight turn off for hardcore racers, but as an alps holiday bike having those features is super helpful.

Frame: GT Fury 2015 L Headset: Superstar Reacherizer (+7mm reach offset) Fork: FOX 40 FLOAT RC2 FIT2. Recently serviced with new Endura Seals. ODI Fork bumpers. Shock: 2018 FOX X2 Performance Brakes: Shimano Zee Rotors: 203mm Shimano Icetech 'Freeza' Stem: Renthal Integra Handlebars: Renthal Fatbar (very new) Crankset: Truvativ Descendant 165mm Wheelset: GT Fury Expert wheelset (was kept as my spare set so are barely used). Centrelock brake discs. Tyres: Maxxis Highroller 2 DH Derailleur: Shimano Saint short cage 10spd Shifter: Shimano Zee Chain: KMC Gold Seatpost: Truvativ Noir30 Carbon Saddle: Nukeproof Pedals: DMR Bike will come with a spare mech hangar, some sort of GT specific press tool (I don't know what it's for, but it came with the bike) and the old standard reach headset. Reasonable offers considered, collection only from Malmesbury, Wiltshire. No swaps. Willing to split but the frame or forks would have to go first.

Pinkbike Poll: How Do You Feel About eMTBs Today?
Ebikes buy you time - In 2-3 hours I can get in more laps than a whole day on my pedal bike. I don’t get the hate - people are busy and don’t want to spend an hour cranking to the top of a 5 minute DH run (yes I suck at pedalling)

@Spark24: Apparently not... I always just ran tubes without putting sealant in them. What a chump.
