my new bike
Foes DHS mono downhill bike...never raced...only ridden lightly a couple times a year at groomed ski resort runs, excellent condition, frame is hydroformed monocoque aluminum made in southern california by the finest downhill manufacturer in the workld....I dont know the size but the top tube is 19" long and the seat tube is 18" from the center of the bb to to top of the seat mast.....Marzocchi shiver dual crown fork is in GREAT condition (stantions are perfect), rear shock is adjustable for preload, compression and rebound adjustmenthayes hydraulic brakes with front and reat 8" rotors, Kooka downhill cranks with MRP chain retention system and redline platform pedals, the wheels are Hadley downhill specific hubs (very nice hubs! comparable to chris king) handbuilt with WTB laserdisc DH disc specific rims and Intense DH 909 2.70 tires (wheels are straight and true and tires have minimal wear), shimano deore xt 9 speed rear derailleur, xt cassette and shifter pod with a sram chain, azonic riser downhill handlebars with powertools cnc machined stem, FSA dh aheadset, FSA high end seatpost and THE chromoly railed saddle.the seatpost is held in a 3 position subframe that is removable..all parts are in great condition.and the only obvious blemish is a small dent on the left rear seatstay near the disc brake mount. the dent is away from the weld. I live near foes and I showed them the dent and they said it is completely non structural and very minor...it can be seen in one of the pics....this bike shows obvious minimal use and has been equipped with nothing but the best and would retail for about $6000! this bike could either be ridden or raced with great results or easily parted out and you could make some money! the forks alone go for over $400 on ebay -------tephen saksa
