Review: Specialized Stumpjumper EVO 29
Had one of the original evo stumps and it was awesome dh but going up could have really done with a set of forks you could reduced the travel on as the front end used to flop all over the shop on technical climbs. Sold it because of that in the end. Sounds like this one has improved on the climbing

Rocky Mountain Altitude Powerplay 70 - eMTB Review
Rode an ebike for 5 minutes the other day. It was a Carreras Vulcan about a £1k bike in the U.K. And a mate who's has just been diagnosed with some heart problems had bought it. Id never ridden an ebike before after 5 minutes was grinning like a Cheshire Cat, it was major fun. No way am I likely to go and buy one any time soon but I won't be knocking anyone for getting one, especially if it keeps them in the game. Unless of course I'm riding with them under my own power.

Yamaha to Launch Their Own eMTB Lineup
Have never ridden an ebike but would probably enjoy it but I'm really fed up with them getting rammed down our throats by an industry that pretends it's not about making money. The pushing of the ebikes seems to have surpassed 29ers, 27.5 and boost combined and maybe a lot of the hate is due to this. If I'm right in the uk they are limited to 250w over this and I think they would be classed as a moped, as they have pedals. Over 250w and no cranks and pedals and they are effectively a motor bike.

Ask Pinkbike: Mismatched Suspension Travel, and Quieting Chainslap
Gotta say ever since mtb suspension has been invented - yes i have been riding that long and am that old - ive always run more travel on the front than the rear and cant really see why it seems to have people scratching their heads. I also tend to run the forks slightly stiffer than the rear as well.

2 Reasons Why Your Disc Brakes Don't Work
All the people screaming about touching the rotors with clean hands must go riding in some sort of sterile bubble cos I can assure you if your riding in the real world there are worse things than a set of clean finger hitting your brakes as you ride along. Plus if you do this just wipe the rotor down afterward with brake cleaner if your that worried. My brakes
