WBD Sports Announces Elite Women Will Race Last at the Leogang World Cup in Historic First for Downhill
Unfortunately I fear it’s more to do with broadcast times, lengths, spectator retention than any honourable thing such as championing woman’s racing that they’re dressing it up to be.
How will it look if after the mens race the crowds start leaving an event before or during the woman’s race.
Have seen it happen before in other sports, I’ll use the example of several top MX events I’ve been to over the years where the crowds start leaving before or during the last race of the day.
