Bosch Furthers Commitment to eMTB Racing with New CX Race Motor
No one has any issue with people getting Ebikes to keep them riding, litereally never seen anyone take any issue with that, be it through age or injury. What people have issues with is people who are perfectly capable of riding an acoustic bike using them for a performance boost, riding up trails/in extreme mud when they'd normally stay home etc. And racing them for people who are capable of riding acoustics? why the fuck?

GeoMetron Teases 140mm S1 Trail Bike With Up To 570mm Reach
Man who makes gimicky bikes doesn't include useful feature, never saw that one coming. The day I actually see someone in the wild riding a geometron anything but incredibly slowly I'll maybe start to reconsider how useful having a bike with the turning circle of a bus is.

Video: Casey Brown Signs with Mons Royale
Welcome to NuMTB It's all about sustainability guys but buy a new car every year get a new bike every year your old gear isn't green enough, buy shiny new eco riding gear buy from real brands (we definitely aren't owned by one of the worlds largest investment companies) Emtbs and mapping apps that allow clueless people to go to places they wouldn't have gone are totally good for the enviroment guys watch constant youtube content at 30mins a pop in 4k because that totally isn't a waste of resources guys Choose life, choose riding a clapped out 5 year old bike, choose riding in that jersey you've had since 2008 because it hasn't fallen apart, choose driving a shitty old car, choose buying a bike from a small company through your local shop, choose taking your riding holiday with a small guiding company instead of going to a vail bike park, choose to reject shitty online media that has been bought out by corporate press conglomerates, choose riding.

Opinion: the death of print media and move to low quality high volume online media stopped anyone giving a shit about racers or team movements

Most dudes who buy a canyon have never ridden either, so I guess it's a good fit.

Updated: The Fest Series Parts Ways with Darkfest
"this is a genre of the sport that provides nothing to the industry other than appearance" People pushing the sport to the absolute limit is bad because the guys from marketing can't figure out how it will help their bottom line. You must be fun at parties, MTB has become such a corporate shitfest again over the last few years that it's a real welcome change to see some folks riding for fun. All given these guys are being children about it, but on both sides.
