Reluctant sale of my Demo 8 Carbon - I've not ridden it in nearly 2 years so it's time to go I think! This was bought as the stock Demo 8 Carbon for that year, with a few upgrades which have been added to over time. So the spec I'm selling here is: Frame/Shock: 2013 Specialized Demo 8 Carbon 2013 Rockshox BoXXer R2C2 (coil - all 3 springs supplied) Ti spring upgrade Drivetrain: Shimano Saint 10spd KMC chain Shimano close ration cassette Saint Cranks fitted to a Hope BB30 to threaded BB Truvativ 36t ring Gamut P30 chain device Stock Specialized flat pedals Brakes: Hope E4s with braided hoses Formula floating rotors Wheels: Standard Specialized Roval 30mm wheels (I swapped these so they have seen little use) Tyres fitted are Wetscreams, but I will also include some Minion DHFs, and the Butchers which would be ideal for mucking about in the woods. I used to mechanic and took pride in taking good care of my bikes, often spending longer maintaining them than riding them. The bike and forks have been wrapped in invisiFrame before they left the house, so whilst this is scuffed and there is some air bubbles, the frame and forks are in near mint condition, aside from light cable rubbing on the fork crown. The pair of Stans Flow EXs on DT Swiss 240s that I used on this bike will be sold separately if you're interested! Collection only.
