Jan 29, 2023Scott Scale 910
$1800 USDXL Scott scale 910. I bought it in 2020 to race XC and then everything was shutdown for Covid. Since then focus has changed, so I haven’t ridden it much and don’t foresee needing it.
Build kit is XT for brakes and Drivetrain. Synchros cockpit, saddle, wheels. Tires are setup tubeless.

The Tuesday Tune Ep 5: Low- and High-Speed Damping - Video
@VorsprungSuspension: I was curious about LSR and HSR, not LSC and HSC. Is that what you were referring to?

RockShox's New Super Deluxe Shock - First Ride
"it was all I could do to not shove my clipped-in feet into every bump, hole, and corner on the trail in order to feel the rear wheel track over everything" Is this a bike review or a romance novel? Change a few words in there and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

Fox's Featherweight 32 Step-Cast Fork - First Look
Kinda reminds me of the pre bomber Marzocchi forks that had the narrowed lowers with the holes cast in.

Sorry to disappoint. Unfortunately $1000-$1500 would just barely cover materials and suspension cost. The unfortunate reality of buying high quality made in the USA materials and parts.

Chainstay doesn't actually shorten (though I can see how it looks that way). Arc is pretty similar to a single pivot for first part of the stroke, and then slightly more rearward than a single pivot for the rest. So actually more chainstay lengthening than many bikes.

The North American Handmade Bicycle Show (NAHBS) 2016
I'm the builder, happy to answer any questions. The axle path is very similar to a single pivot for the first third of the stroke, and then slightly more rearward for the later portion of the stroke.
