@Spicy-McHaggis: I don't think so, I saw several comments on his video where people claimed the same was happening to them on stock builds. I think the pivot system in general has this issue though, not just Trek.
Couple guys I know with high pivot on other brands had the same issue and had to change chain rings and chains and jockey wheels to fix it while the bike was still new. Only difference is they're not influencers with a decent size following to show the results to. Seems like a hit or miss if you buy one, will yours have the same issue or will you be one of the luckier ones?

@thenotoriousmic: Tbf all he does is try different bikes and give his honest opinion on them. Not sure many riders at that level would, or could, be as honest when things go wrong due to being tied to the company.

I watch the LSD vlogs and he's raaapid, but it is a bit suspect dating someone you met when they were underage and you're essentially in control of her career. He can actively advertise her more and push her career or one day could decide as the team manager she's no longer a good fit for the team. Bit of an odd power dynamic there.

[UPDATED]Video Round Up: Finals Day Washout from Red Bull Hardline 2023
Bernard was on "The Ride Companion" podcast on youtube and spoke about Hardline. He was pretty pumped for it and could really see himself getting the W, and I agree I think he was one of the few willing to send it regardless of the conditions.
So I think he's just a bit upset over it, he might feel like he's had a win taken away from him which would've gave him momentum going into World Champs.

Trek Session 8 Medium

Location: Hamilton, near Glasgow
Due to relocating I'm having to sell a couple of my bikes.
Here is my 2018 Trek Session 8, size medium with some upgrades.
I upgraded the rear shock to a 2021 Fox Float X2, but I'll include the original Kage RC shock and mounting kit.
Work done in the last 6 months:
- Fox Float X2 (Sent to TF for a full service, new seals, damper rebuild and tune, invoice included)
- Nukeproof Horizon bars (Cut to 770m)
- Hope e3 rear brake
- SLX front brake
- Nukeproof Horizon race grips
- New ceramic bottom bracket
- New Minion DH on front
- Magic Mary on back
- Had a full service at the same time as the ceramic bb, only ridden once since.
