Review: Fox Live Valve Suspension
@justanotherusername: thats definitely true but like everything else (drive trains, brakes, etc.) this will trickle down and get cheaper and before we know it you'll need an electrical engineering degree to do basic maintenance on your bike... While Live Valve may be cool technology its completely unnecessary... and stupid expensive for basically a low speed compression adjuster.

Review: Fox Live Valve Suspension
Nope, nope, and dash of nope with that... Why do MTB companies keep shoving electric junk down our throats? Sensors, wires, batteries... no thanks. All for marginal gains... Live valve "might" help you climb better but you could save the cash and just get in better shape. Or take a half a day with your fork/shock and actually set it up properly. Rigid single speeds are looking pretty good right about now...

Cane Creek Announces Trunnion-Mount Versions of DB Air CS & DB Coil CS Shocks
Same for Rock Shox stuff... I think RS just bets on you upgrading your shock anyway so they make them "disposable". A few months is all you get on a Monarch. Replaced mine with a DBCoil IL and holy shit did the bike come alive... Stoked to see CC's on the trunnion train now... DBCoil + the new Spartan = GTFOut of the way!

Review: e*thirteen's Updated TRS Race 29'' Tire
@Rstetina: I figured something was up. Ran Maxxis for years with no problems but in the last year or so they tire quality has gone down big time. Not just on the Minions. My wife's Agressor was the same... split the bead. I tried to warranty them but Maxxis said I would have to pay to ship them in and "maybe" they'll warranty them. Fell for that the first time with no warranty given (less than 50 miles on the tire) so not doing it again. Lets hope these e13s hold up...

Review: e*thirteen's Updated TRS Race 29'' Tire
@cgdibble: I run Exo front and DD rear. I went through 3 Minion DHRs in two months with all three cutting either the sidewall or damaging the bead so that I cant run them tubeless anymore. I Thought DD fixed my problems in the rear but 5 rides on my new DD tire and I cut the bead. Running 33(ish)psi too...

Review: e*thirteen's Updated TRS Race 29'' Tire
Anything to get me off Maxxis.... I have these on order and I'm stoked to try them. Minions are amazing but having to replace tires every two months due to sidewall cuts, damaging the bead, etc. sucks. If Maxxis would step up their quality I'd never ride anything else...
