No dents or dings. Slight oxidation from sitting, but this can be cleaned up easily with a brillo pad. Comes with rear axle, rear brake adaptor, seat post collar, rear shock, bash guard and headset. Rear shock was upgraded to a Cane Creek DB Inline. This is not an early one with all the problems. The shock has been flawless. $1,300 includes shipping CONUS and pay pal fees.
