First Ride: 2024 Yeti SB165 - Now With Mixed Wheels
@jdejace: That's possible, maybe the pivot adjustment happens in the main triangle, hidden from customer interference. They could also just build a 433 and 439 mold and put a 2mm tolerance disclaimer to cover the middle sizes. I barely feel a 5mm difference unless I'm looking for it.

First Ride: 2024 Yeti SB165 - Now With Mixed Wheels
I wonder how much cheaper this bike could be if they didn't use four different molds to change the chainstay length by a whopping 2 mm in each size. That is some princess and the pea nonsense.

Please send Ed Spratt to work for the Census Bureau. These surveys are so annoying.

First Look: Marzocchi's New Super Z 38mm Fork
Can we a shot of the dials and air caps? I would pay an extra $300 over the last gen to have metal instead of plastic.

Review: Logos Eudae 29 HD Carbon Wheels
Hard pass on anything sold by Randall Jacobs. This goober was flipping Carbonda frames at 3X the price under the name Thesis. He was constantly hawking his products at bike events in the Bar Area and claiming to be a pro mtb racer despite never actually racing in pro cats. These wheels are probably available at half the price under a different name on Ali Express.

Accurate. Most of these survey articles are click-baity and insulting to readers' intelligence.

Deviate Cycles Announces the Claymore MX
@deviatecycles: How bad would the kinematics be if you slap a 27.5 wheel into the original 29" rear triangle? I do precisely that on a 29er Cotic RocketMax, and it makes for a great park bike. The key is starting with a relatively steep HTA & STA, since the smaller wheel will slacken the bike by 1 degree. The only downside is lowering your BB height by ~10mm, but you can remedy that with 155mm cranks to achieve the same pedal clearance.

Video: Do Lightweight eMTBs Enhance the Traditional Experience?
@blueH2Oj: I get it, but ebikes are a much bigger nuisance than tow surfing ever was. Imagine if you had lazy people getting towed in everywhere, even on 3 ft waves, because paddling out "takes too long". This where we're headed in mountain biking.
