Remote is right side (top of handlebar) or left side (under the bar, ideal for 1x setup). Hose is 47 inches (1194mm) long.
2 small scuffs on the seatpost collar (as shown in pictures), but the stanchion is in perfect condition.

Aside from the few paint chips shown in the pictures and some light scratches, the frame is clean with no dings. Fresh new bearings in the main pivot too. I checked all other bearings and they all seem good.
I had a 150 Pike and it was perfect, I heard some people running a 160 fork with no problem whatsoever. HA would be around 66.5deg and BB raised a little bit.
