I know Spanish isn't the commentators native language, but pronouncing Angel with a hard G is crazy work, for how long he's been in the sport you would think the commentators would know how to pronounce his (& a very common) name

This is the comment I was looking for. Yes it is expensive and people are free to spend as much or as little money as they want on helmets, but without massive studies on helmets in real world scenarios, it’s hard to know what actually is “safest”, but from what I’ve read it seems like 6D helmets are likely the safest choice specifically on dealing with rotational energy that could cause concussions. Not to mention their MTB full face helmets come from their MX helmets, and the price of testing and getting ECE 22.06 certification for those helmets is likely baked into the cost of their MTB helmets as well. I understand that just spending more money as a consumer for safety gear =/= it actually being more safe, but for something as important as brain safety, choosing what seems to be the safest option, regardless of the price is something to be considered
