Video: Turning an XC Rider into an Enduro Racer - Full Enduro Episode 1
yep XC position...many XC riders ride fire roads and easy trails only,so they never get a real progression in the skills area. More noticeable even in the road bike people, some of them can pedal like a hog chased by 450 dogs but can´t ride downhill faster than my 2 year old nice. Some people develop their skills by themselves or simply by watching other people ridding,in the trail sometimes is not so easy if your ridding in survival mode,so Youtube is a great tool.

Spotted: New Fox 36 (38?) - EWS Zermatt 2019
Good to see a stiffer/bigger forks but, crown interface pressfit is asking for trouble. Just remember the Intend forks review,uni-crown design is much stiffer and very noticeable compared to other forks like the 36. I can feel a 36 fork twisting and creaking being a quite light rider,65 kg ready to rumble. Even in slow motion videos you can see it clear like water, front to back movement .

Review: Trickstuff's Powerful & Pricey Maxima Brakes
@listeryu: I was talking about that thing many Shimano brakes does, the bite point variation thing. Some people argue about Shimano&Magura oils being too dense for the job. For Magura brakes I can´t speak a thing, never touch one. Redline oil is fully synthetic oil,not mineral like Shimano&Magura. The boiling point is not so much different between those oils (Bionol included). Just check this

Review: Trickstuff's Powerful & Pricey Maxima Brakes
@ReformedRoadie: I read somewhere there are people running that and Redline Likewater. For the Bionol is the first time I see it can reach 300ºC,not so many specs out there. I´m curious about Redline Likewater cos is very liquid. Some people argue about viscosity being the X factor in shimano/magura weird lever feeling .

The UCI Responds to Questions Over Brook Macdonald Evacuation Delays
@Jacquers: at least in EU those kind of thing you sign have no effective value if the law said the opposite. I know very well this. If he want,he has the right to do whatever. If there is a faulty thing he can sue the UCI,MST...

The UCI Responds to Questions Over Brook Macdonald Evacuation Delays
@scottishmark: yeah that was my first thought,no rescue heli, just a transport one...Even in bad weather you must have a B plan . Knowing that X weather conditions means and what is possible to do. Bad weather like that is not an excuse. This people have no plan and very bad organization.

The UCI Responds to Questions Over Brook Macdonald Evacuation Delays
Very BAD for the UCI. This is all shit. If you have a plan A,B,C and all the assets to develop that plan, what is the problem? No rescue team,no plan, so 5h waiting in the forest with a broken back is fine in an elite MTB event... We all saw in Andorra a very bad crash few years ago an it took only minutes for the rescue team to be in the place and working. With all the money they spend, they could grab a professional rescue team and let them to plan any emergency.
