Opinion: The Case For Being 'Over-Biked'
A shorter travel fork will stiffen up more than a longer one as it experiences the same input force, which will transmit more of that force to your hands. This doesn't apply to linear forks though and damping has and effect as well. I'm pretty sure that the high frequencies are the issue so running HSC open would be the best bet.

I miss my old Sunday. It was the anodized 2007 or 2008 factory version. That bike was way ahead of it's time in both looks and performance.

I threw my eliminator frame out I think, it had junior t's. I'd buy back that and my 08 iron horse Sunday factory in a heartbeat if I could, even if they're both way too small for me now. Also I had a spesh P2 with mazochi shovel SCs that was bomb proof, I'd love to have that back too.

In Europe anyway an ebike is limited to 25 kmph and only offers pedal assist, so no throttle. An emoto has to be registered as a motorbike to use onroad while an ebike can be used like a normal bike.
