Further Reading: A Legendary Pony, Plasma Rock Drills, & 3D Egyptian Pyramid Tours
@cmurider: I find it hard to believe :D there are just czech/slovak poetry, fiction, folk etc. books… Must be from CZ/SK. Probably just a random stock-images photo Pinkbike bought because it looked nice? :)

First Look: Spot Bikes Launch Gen 2 Ryve 115 Downcountry Bike
That is actually not very light (for the top-build) for a DC bike, but okay, it's the suspension design that is much complexer and heavier than flex-pivot... My EpicEvo is around 10.4kg (incl. pedals, XX1 AXS and Reverb AXS) with Manitou fork and shock (they are not the lightest), so still with some grams to spare...

Syncros Release 1500 Gram Carbon Trail Wheels
I don’t know who pays full retail price for DT wheels, they are good (I have had a few wheelsets myself) but you can usually buy them for 50% of the official price online.

Ibis Ripmo & Ripley Receive UDH Update & New Colors
I have been waiting for Ripley update, possibly my next bike, but am also disappointed by the “update”… Nobody mentioned the new chainline - in my opinion a bad decision… Unfortunately new bikes are going this direction, I tested the new Scott Spark which also has this 55mm chainline and when climbing in the easiest gears the chain angle is brutal :(

Scottish XC Champion Rab Wardell Dies of Heart Attack at 37
@dmarsh15: yes, because most of us are not interested in the hidden agenda of all these morons blaming a death of person, without any proof at all, on something that potentially saved thousands or millions of lives. As if before 2019 there were no young and healthy people dying of heart attacs (elite sport is not really healthy, I personally knew a few athletes who died of heart issues aged under 30, long before covid was a thing… it happens and it is always a tragedy, so cut your bullcr@p and pay some respect to a great guy who tragically died much too young)

[Updated] Loana Lecomte & Tom Pidcock Win the 2022 European XC Championships
That’s what I thought as well, the rock-garden was a nice running-section, the rest pretty easy dry grassy CX course. (I had to turn it off after 15 minutes of watching, it was really embarassing)

Cam Zink's Prototype Devinci - Crankworx Whistler 2022
@jrocksdh: 2G is basically shut-down in US and 3G is now in the middle of shutdown phase for most of the operators, so all these will stop working very soon So old Nokia (+other) phones without LTE are just a (very) nice toy :)

@irondad: yeah, she is way less stretched on the bike compared to some other riders. Surely must also help when riding steep descends.
