SRAM Releases S-1000 Budget Transmission Drivetrain
I see this mostly going on OE spec bikes like low end e bikes and stuff. I do this as a major upgrade from anything lower than XX1 AXS if we are looking at price vs performance. Sure it’s got a weaker clutch but you can upgrade that after 2k miles, upgraded other stuff as it wears out and after 15k miles you have sick stuff in your bike without having to get a completely new drivetrain piece every time something breaks. I would way rather this at 5k or 6k on an OE bike than with GX or X01 mech or axs. This is going to just faze that stuff out of the retail market. Even if you look at the drivetrains alone X01 mech is 1.3k… why not get that sick upgrade for an extra $300? Or (hopefully) get this in a bike for the same price and why x01 is currently on. We’ll have to see what prices look like on bikes but I’m here for it at the moment.

Oru case does fit an XL MTB and I did have to take off the fork! It even stayed under 50lb with a coil shock!

Forget Dropper Posts, Black Math Bike Created a Dropper Frame
I want one of these. I REALLY want one of these. Such a crazy bike a creative design solution. If something like this catches on and become more popular, I want to have the first. If it doesn’t catch on, I want to have one of the few.
