Emmett Hancock: Out of My Element - Video

After a long,dusty summer of racing, Emmett gets back to his home roots and takes on some of the roughest conditions of the year!



For the past year Emmett and I have been working very close with each other. I think our main goal on this project was to make an all killer no filler video that showcased Emmett's confidence on the bike. A big thing that stands out in his riding for me is how easy he makes everything look. Emmett and I built the lines in the first two segments and when we finished the build, he hit both of them nearly perfect the very first time through.The 3rd segment was built by Michael Kerkovius.It's definitely super cool to see how much the terrain can change in such a small area!




Although this video wasn't too long, it definitely took a while to produce. We've been planning this one since the early summer and have put in over 150 man hours. We did have some technical problems which tested our skills. About halfway through the shoot, my camera decided to act up... so about 50% of this was shot through the eyepiece.
